why not use the original floor plan that you removed at the beginning. from the floor plan you can follow the existing measurements
I tried to but I failed, the original floor was to corrugated and I couldn’t make accurate measurements
I’ve watched lots of van conversions but, yours seems to be some what better well thought out and taking your time 👍❤

Use WAY to much spind deadening. Only needs a small piece per panel as its quite heavy

There should be a separate channel for people with money, than those without. This may be his first build, but it's oblivious he is a professional builder.
Thank you for your message, but I did start from scratch with no skills, I am not professional at all and learnt all but myself thanks to different youtube channels ;)
Preparation is the key! But it's not if you're an ADHD fella 😕
I learned how to do everything professionally but after the van was fully restored technically and visually (made the sprinter look and drive like new) there was little to no moral strength to finish my build. What I wanted to tell you is you can do it the right way even if it's your first try. Just learn from the best.
Obviously not a professional. Many mistakes were made in this build.

Thanks mate ! It is hard to say because I haven’t worked full time on it. From the buy to the finish result it last 2 years, but I would say I worked seriously for around 1 year. I spent more time in thinking than making
