I try to make it to Sea Rim State park in Texas twice a year for the bull red run. What we do if the offshore winds are strong enough is kite the bait out. In onshore winds we send the youngest guy out in one of or kayaks to carry the bait.
That’s funny! Brilliant too. I’ve heard of people attaching a payload release for drones to fly out and release the bait for surf fishing. Haven’t ever tried that though!
