A13 is for voltage calibiration. Let me explain it. For example your actual voltages are 225 and this protector is showing 230 voltages. Then to calibitate voltage, you need to use A13 setting to minum the 5 volts so that your actual voltage become equali to this device for smooth and eccurate working
