The judges are very talented and professional people in this show. They are experienced and capable of mentors, they work straight from the ground up, specific,details and constantly asking what is your thoughts. There is one more very important teacher, the teacher who organised the whole event upstage, backstage and whole stage, thumbs up for him. I believe Lee Pei Ling learned a lot of valuable feedback, advice and guidance in this show. she moved out from her comfort zone, willing to expose herself,, improve her weaknesses and pushes herself to take up new challenges and she able to blend in and work with her peers/friends. PL still needs to improve her ump power of her voice, style, stage exposure and learning new singing and control techniques ( good example is Datuk Siti voice controls and varietions ), expressions, dance skills and exposure to more Chinese songs. Lastly, the circle of friends within LPL group are very supportive, selfless and not try to out do to kill each other just to win or survive, you can see other groups are selfish, competing to out shine each other and arrogant even they are not that talented.
Both have their strengths. When it comes to pure singing/voice, Pei Ling is definitely a lot better. Yuzi is more like a performer ie singer cum dancer cum actress. Yuzi is backed by a well known agent and that is very important for competitions like this in China. But I am happy that Pei Ling got into the finals. She seems to improve and shine brighter stage by stage and I am sure she has gained a lot from the mentors. The voice is a tool. And with mentoring and experience, you learn to create different things with your tool. When Shen Shen spoke about his choice of Dalabengba, I think he is trying to get the message of 'trying new things and stretching your abilities'. I hope Pei Ling gets a opportunity she needs to move ahead. She has a good voice and good looks (of course I still prefer singing to looks but let's face it, having good looks help 😄. I would have prefer ZiWei in the finals than Wang OK. But that's just my opinion.

論才能我覺得他倆五五開，佩玲是vocal突出，天生硬體機能好，在線歌手都沒多少能贏，郁梓是全面平均發展型，純vocal和聲音機能沒佩玲好，但唱跳演俱佳。兩人奪冠都實至名歸，差不多條件下身為大馬人的佩玲沒機會，一定是郁梓沒懸念。

如果是純歌唱比賽，李佩玲應該是第一，但是名為＂舞台2023 ＂，顧名思義就不能只有vocal ，還得加上肢體舞蹈等其他的綜合表現。所以郁梓相對更全面！
