When we was in the navy it was called the three 7’s… we use train 3x7 mins at you max 7 mins treadmill fast as you can full speed. 7 mins on spin bike in and out the seat 7 mins then rowing machine 7 mins right after each other 30second rest before each 7 …ex PT instructor was SAS try that get you super fit
Kettlebells, sandbags, farmers walks. Movements that engage the posterior chain. These are all key for explosive power. BUT I would incorporate a lot of different forearm workouts that don't just come from carrying. Also, the rogue echo bike is such a fantastic bit of kit for boxers and explosivity
