  • Mutton Yakhni Pulao
    Ingredients
    Mutton 2.5 lbs
    Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp heap full
    Water 5 cups
    Black pepper 1 tesp
    Bari ilachi 1
    Cinnamon stick 1 big
    Long 5 to 6
    Star anise 1
    Bay leaves 1 big
    Green cardamom 6
    Salt 2 tesp
    Zeera 2 tesp
    Haldi 1 tesp
    Kuti mirch 1 tesp
    Saunf 1 tbsp
    Sabat dhania 1 tbsp
    Shaan punjabi yakhni pulayo masala 2 tbsp
    Dried black lemon 2 optional
    Onion 1 large
    1 medium size tomato
    Hari mirch 2
    ✨ add all the above ingredient in instant pot and pressure for 25 mins and once done slow release pressure them leave cooked meat in the yakhni for 2 to 4 hrs this will enhance the taste more. Now separate meat from the yakhni
    Rice 4 cups wash them and soak for 30 mins
    ✨now in a pateli pour
    Oil 1/2 cup
    Fried onion 1 cup
    Water 1/2 cup
    Green chili paste 1 tbsp
    Bhuna kuta zeera 1 tesp
    2 dried lime from yakhni
    2 tesp salt to adjust
    1/2 tesp garam masla on dum
    ✨Dum for 15 mins and turn off stove and leave it for 15 mins then open the lid
    Serve with raita and salad
