Haha, Shaqii wasted no time to post the next episode, but I'm here for it!
Okay... the whole time I watched this episode, I was like Joe....what the hell are you doing?! Now I get that he wants to help out the mom, and with medical bills and all, I get it. But why out of..ALL PEOPLE....he ask for the toxicity of people known as Ming and then go back to being @**hole Tong's stand-in. I feel like Joe is setting himself up for failure all over again. He would have been better off with Wut and Sol. Joe... whatever plan you have... you better hope it doesn't backfire. Because eventually everyone will put 2 and 2 together. Oof...the mess continues! This, by far, has been one of my favorite series to watch.
I’m just here for Ming being obsessed with joe, being a psychopath, being jealous and all of that I’m just here for it 😂😂 at this point I can’t be worried for joe no more cos Nol asked to help him nicely and out of concern but he refused now he’s going back to be bullied 😂😂😂 I’m just here for it

This is the BL who is really blowing our hearts and minds each friday. Its been a long time since each episode of a BL makes us feel such unpatience, anxiety mixed with joy like MSI is doing each friday... when everyone gathers in front of a screen just to see what will happen with Joe and Ming incredible played by this amazing couple UpPoom. Just like we gather with emotion to watch a world cup match where our country is playing, literally with same impatience we are preparing to watch MSI each friday. A very well adapted on screen written masterpiece- so fluent thanks to a great script, so active thanks to a great production, so mature thanks to a great cast, so extraordinarry thanks to this already iconic BL couple UpPoom! Gratitude for such succes in literally controling our feelings each friday through this diamond called My Stand In.

One year is long as F.....but i think Joe knows Ming will come after him no matter what and make his life impossible or continue using him so maybe he accepted the offer to convince himself they're using each other.They both need therapy 😢😢

This is a real drama that has everything that you want to watch and more. Can't wait for next week! I love the acting so much!
I posted this eleswhere but "we have to remember that it may have been two years for everyone but it’s been a month (ish) for Joe since he was reborn. So, one moment, he was experiencing heartbreak while still in love with Ming after a year’s relationship and the next moment, he’s dead and waking up in new Joe’s body. Those emotions still raging in him plus dealing with all the stress of his new life (mom, finances) makes it understandable why he’s not making good choices." Also, like I also posted below, the drama does make Ming look so much more villain-ish than the novel which had some parts from his POV, so the reader could see certain actions from his thought process. There is one scene which I'm glad they took out when they were adapting the script which was the house arrest scene was different in the book. Ming hitting Joe over the head with a bat, while horrible, is better than what Ming did in the book.

I hope Joe treats Ming the way treated him in his previous life. That is what Ming really deserves. I hate Ming, but Up is doing a really good job. I’m loving this show.
Come to think about it, Ming is actually a lot like Kinn and Vegas from KinnPorsche, he could be their cousin.
All 3 have a very similar approach to getting close to- and in how they treat the people they like.

Because first of all they are all from powerful families and money and are arrogant and start off getting in to the lives of their partners in pretty devious ways and reasons.
They treat them as if they own them.
All have both physically hurt and kidnapped their partners and manipulated them and kept things from them.

About Joe choices, lets see more than surface situations. Ming will never leave Joe- will follow him all the time with an fierce intensity you simply cannot fight with. Also as in the novel Mings family is one of the strongest in the country- politically, militarry, business levels and huge influence, so a police call cause of this behaviour would be just a waist of time for Joe. Altough Sol would pay medical bills he will not give 5 milions bahts to a stranger. Wut doesnt have not even 10% from the need ammount (in the novel all he could give to Joe was 50.000 bahts). Why Joe is making his old jobs? Well, if you would come back for example from a long disease what would you immediatly do to cover a huge debt? Doing what you made all the time being a professional or something completly new where you have to learn, where you know any conection and the payments would be according to your level...? So of course Joe is forced of all contexts of his new life - a sick mother, huge debts to cover, integration with a new body in his new life- to choose some things he dont like. Also dont forget that he grew up without parents since 8 years- with only a long distance aunt learning alone and fighting alone with all life chalenges. Also dont forgot that being gay since teen ages also was not easy at all for Joe. Literraly Joe is not a weak character at all! He is a very strong one- growing alone, fighting alone and succed to remain so kind hearted, not involved in worse things, being an orphan that is a very strong character! Any of these 2 lifes is kind with Joe. He has now a mother but she fall sick so quickly and so other hard examples. Is also followed by Ming in both lifes because the novel message is that love can win despite all possible chalenges and all behaviour developments. So in real life what Joe is forced to live since his 8 years age would literally made many people loose their minds or go to therapist or simply become assholes and badass. But Joe remained balanced, so kind hearted, so full of compasion. And the end of this love beyond time drama between Joe and Ming will be really really iconic, memorable.

@@tanzilaaktermim6635 you welcome. Unfortunatly most of the people react on first impulse without judging the whole context of someone decision. In fact if they were in Joe place with all his story life they wouldnt be so fierce anymore in their reactions.

@@XinYan_417 happy to see people with clear and mature judgement regarding Joe decisions. They simply forgot all Joes general life contexts and also to put themselves in his place. I just say again if they had in their real lifes all Joe problems many of them would probably mentally colapsed. Joe is one of the strongest characters I've ever saw. To have a whole very hard lifetime and remain so kind and good person is simply a sign of self POWER.
I agree with you all,i wish Joe could said yes to sol and wut. It’s just a mess that he’s gonna be his oldself stand in now. It’s just sad and hard to watch
At this point they deserve each other 😭. The show fr turned to something that came right out of Wattpad fanfiction. Ain't nothing can justify why Joe decided to take this path except for that it won't let the story progress.
Joe do it because he knows if he doesn't agree with Ming then he can go very dirty path for the thing he want, Ming also make trouble for Joe's love once,. So he chooses this path.
Joe is acting like a dumdum for real. But think about it, he borrows money from Sol and Wut and now he's obliged to them until he can repay the loan who knows when and the mom needs dialysis for life so the money he borrowed will run out eventually. Or, he takes the money, house and a chance to be famous with Ming's connections for a year and hopefully, in a year, he will be self sustaining enough in the industry to not need Ming's help anymore. The choice is clear in this case as much as we hate that he had to make that choice. Give a man a fish vs teach him how to finish. At least, he's going into this deal knowing he is a stand in (even if he doesn't know for whom yet)
During the flashback, i need at least 2 redemption episode for Ming if they want to end up together but now i need at least 3 ep of Ming suffering.
Though, for me, the more you think about it, I’m kind of glad Joe said ONE year and not like more years, cause Ming have more money influence so, he’s mainly good to deal with him for just a year and not like 5 years of his life with him to get enough money, I can see why a bit I think (idk, that’s just my opinion! We talking bout a toxic man who can easily hire a secret detective and who can suddenly make the secretary leave the room easily) 🤔 🤔

In the novel he wants him to be a stand in for Joe not tong at this point in the novel he can’t stand tong and this new joe reminds him of the old Joe and I don’t know if you would call the Guy that Ming went to see a psychic but he told Ming that Joe is not dead or Alive if they follow they novel Ming suffers a lot when Joe went missing I think people should read the novel because I don’t think they can fit everything into the series when Ming was saying I miss you so much he was talking about Joe but Joe thinks he is talking about Tong
I read the novel, and while a lot of Ming's behavior and dialogue is straight out of the book, the drama is making Ming look even worse than he is in the book. Dont get me wrong he is TOXIC AF in the novel, but the way UP portrays his character just makes Ming come off ten times worse.
@@nininoona That's because in the novel, we could see some scenes from Ming's POV, which made him a little more sympathetic to the reader vs the drama that is all from Joe's POV

They wanted to lend him money for the medical bill but he still need to pay the debt collectors and 20,000 a month forever for her dialysis

That "Do you want to be famous?" line was unbelievably foul on every level. Ming could give a rat-ass how (new) Joe feels and only being selfish, treating him like a prize to be won and used as he see fit. Honestly, if they really want us to think they should end up together...it aint effing working. Not. At. All.
i am LOVING this show! i personally dont want redemption for Ming... I want this to be like a thriller/horror show haha but i dont think thats where it's going so i am just enjoying the ride and am curious to see how they do redeem him? if that is even possible..
The fact that Joe refuses any help from positive people in his life like his manager and from Sol, but is willing to be used by the most toxic people in his life like Tong and Ming, makes me wonder if Joe isn't actually a closet masochist. I don't believe that this is his only option, as much as he seems to want to convince himself that it is. To be clear, I absolutely despise Ming. But if Joe willingly chooses to put his life in the hands of this reprehensible piece of garbage, I can't help but think that, on some level, he actually wants the abuse and pain...and Ming passionately kissing his teeth. (That last scene with those two truly made me start to dry heave.)

This show better end with Joe walking away from Ming after a year with his five mil and a house. It's the only "happy" ending I can accept.

Ever watch a show and be pissed? Yeah me with this episode! I understand Joe but guess what baby that Joe is gone. With this new Joe change the story..get a contract and detail it 5 mil house in name of your momma for 1 year of my life. Clause once sign can’t take back the money or house from his mom. Joe needs to control the relationship because Ming is a self centered rich brat that uses his arrogance to get what he wants. Joe if he wants you to stay make him work for it and bend him over instead of you I bet he’ll act right. Weird question does new Joe sneeze when he gets to that point?
