The "chakuli" is food of God, I impressed that he offered first Chakuli in the name of God. It's our culture. Very nice man, I wish to visit ur shop at LIC office Bhubaneswar.
No overflowing oil, no butter, no cheese... Just pure vegetables in Daal with rice cake.. Super Nutritional..

He is using very little oil to cook chakuli. Good for health. Think about South Indian dosa. They liberally sprinkle oil on dosa that i get headache after eating. In South India, chakuli means a completely different thing. Chakuli is savoury snacks.

@@jennisonkoshy3151 You do realise that food items may have different names in different languages and more so they may have been developed independently by people in different regions. I hate to break it you but this is what we call the white delicious circle - "chakuli"
Bro do you have eyes or button, and you don't even know difference between dosa and chakuli. There is difference in consistency of batter dosa is thick and chakuli is kinda little runny, also flip. Have you seen dosa is ever flipped, NO that's why its a chakuli. Its also a matter of texture, dosa is always made crispy but chakuli is always soft. And you put dosa batter in ripping hot pan no oil smeared, but in chakuli you do that and that's the difference.
