- This was a tough one, not ashamed to admit it made me a little bit mad, haha. Instant Health 2 Potions are a requirement, lol.
This is on HARD Difficulty, the Warden is dealing the most damage he can possibly deal.
Inventory:
Full Protection 4, Unbreaking 3, Mending Iron Armor
Sharpness 5 Iron Sword
1x Golden Apple
1x Strength 2 Potion
2x Regeneration 2 Potions
31x Instant Health 2 Potions (only 20 were used in the fight)

Thanks man! Means a lot. I did these videos for some fun just to see how far I can test the Warden, PvP wise. For me, I suck a PvP, anyone could probably kill me, haha.
The Warden got me interested since it's an actual challenge, not just an easy enemy you can slay (assuming you aren't cheesing it). All of my battles are full Hard Difficulty, and short range to, so no bows or anything like that, because it makes it more of a challenge and that's what I like to do in these.
This one, as said in the description, got me a little bit mad. But I think every gamer has raged at one point.
If you think about it, the warden's base attack does so much damage that only the protection enchantment does much against it, and the sonic boom completely ignores armor/enchants. As long as its melee attack can't get you in one shot, the fight is possible if you're super skilled like this guy. I'm not sure about how it can be done if the warden's melee attack is insta-death, probably just very good skill with bow + ender pearls (since sonic boom on hard will ALWAYS deal exactly 15 damage unless the resistance effect is present.)

I find it interesting that no one pops a 1;30 regen 1 potion before these fights, that little bit of extra regen can definitely add up and make or break the whole fight

@@sergi7530 Actually no,in snapshot 23wa the Warden was changed to be not a undead mob,unlike his version on the beta of 1.19,poison damages him and regen heals him just sayin ツ)

It’s interesting that when it isn’t able to melee you for a while, it goes for its sonic attack, even though you’re right there, giving you more hits on it as it charges up the sonic attack
It's kinda stupid because it seems like it does that no matter what if anything.
Very interesting indeed, but you have to time perfectly on killing the warden during its sonic boom animation
Tried it myself and I can confirm this requires timing. It takes 1.7 seconds for the Warden to fully charge and unleash the boom. If you come just too late, it will knock you away. If you come just too early, it will switch to meelee
@@raphaeld4313yes. With perfect understanding/execution surrounding this mechanic and the proper food (sussy stew + normal gapples), a hardmode warden can be killed potionless using only fists
A really good resource management, the health potion are cheap to made and there are the important ones in this method, ¿You try adding debuff to Warden? Slowness, Weakness, Posion.

The thing is that u were prepared, many times warden spawn and we r unprepared so we panic
That is amazing, how do you switch from your inventory to your hotbar so quickly?
You can do this by hovering over the items with your mouse and clicking on the numbers on your keyboard at the same time.
So if you click for example, 6, the selected item will go to the 6th slot on your hotbar
just press shift and click on the item.

@@orang9134 you get a skulk catalyst for killing the warden, which is something small. also you are still forgetting the point; it doesn't matter if it's easy to kill, you weren't inherently supposed to do that.
Now do this again with fire aspect sword, and a turtle master potion.

its a mod called "boss bar" in lunar client and various clients.
No client was used it was just command blocks, but it is no longer going to be used

No, smite doesn't do anything to the warden since it's not an undead mob. It only was in a snapshot not the full release.
Is he considered undead?
To cheeze the warden, make a 2 1/2 block tall entrance into a small cave. The inside can be three blocks so that you can allow more crits. From there just use your sword

If you have a good enough sword he will only be able to do it once
I did this using strenght II, master turtle pot and tons of totems. Because I'm in Java edition, I can't kill it before it does its second sonic boom.
Turns out I messed up my strategy and got the job done on my last totem 😅

the warden spawns in a deep dark biome if a skulk shrieker's signal goes off. there are a LOT of shriekers, so there can be a LOT of wardens too. it's not a one and done kind of fight, it's a constant danger.

When you killed, did they spawn again in the ancient city?
When you summon a warden, your warning count does not reset back to 0. So another one can totally spawn right after you kill the first one

The Warden is not meant to be fought, players should avoid it. By design there is no incentive to kill it (except for your ego).
Coz there's no real purpose on fighting it other than flexing...
Sometimes people like to be rewarded for their feats, it's as if everyone plays exactly how mojang wants them to play for every mechanic and you've never done anything innovative and challenging because minecraft didn't intend it.
I’ve tried this type of challenge but with slightly better gear on mobile but I always screw up and die and plus I suck at transferring items to my hotbar from my inventory insanely fast tho. Haha
