- Aamir Khan attended the 5th Screenwriters Conference where he addressed a number of aspiring writers and the media. Aamir spoke at length about how he takes a larger cut from a film’s profit, about the importance of screenwriting and also his career choices. While talking about the process of filmmaking, Aamir revealed how it was almost impossible for Ashutosh Gowariker to make Lagaan that eventually prompted Aamir to turn producer. Anjum is very sensitive. the way he realises at 23.38 that Aamir may need a drink of water, so he himself picks up the water bottle and Aamir catches the cue and picks one himself. Then Anjum keeps his bottle aside. Wonderful.

bhai story faltu nahi thi na lekin, sultan ke story background mein was inspired by a true story, and rowdy rathod also had a story of a policeman and how he fight's against injustice to save a town, rest there is all the comic part of story and the entertainment they are providing to the audience, but the script is the main fundamental foundation of a movie, if you dont have that right, your movies is not going to work and as amir has said in this con, that if the script is right and your direction your editing sound and galti se marketing wrong ho gayi toh bhi movie flop ho sakti hai, but script is the main foundation of the movie.

Nothing was trash about Thugs of Hindustan. The market was trash.

Thugs of Hindustan had a good script but direction and screenplay were bad.
Aamir said he did it solely because he loved and wanted to play that character.
He is defi talented and well deserved but his film PK did disappoint me no because of acting but on purpose he made india look bad , it was a pro-Pakistan film and out of all the religions he focused on Hinduism not other religion who have similar issues.

Small correction : Aamir picks movies which are mostly Hollywood remakes. All his or most of his hits in career are Hollywood remakes. Don't praise him just for everything. Making remake of Hollywood hit movies with indian tadka is ok-ok skill not a great skill as making original film and make it super hit.
Ghulam, baazi, jo jeeta wohi Sikandar, Dhoom 3 gajini, akele hum akele tum, fanaa and a lot more...all Hollywood remakes...so yes he ain't that brilliant as you portray him to be
