sir at 50:14 you mention that we can also take the value -1,-2,-3 and -4 so to make the value of y more than 0, but sir if we take the value -1 then we also have to take the value of x as -6 which will make the lhs side equal to zero, so isn't it wrong?

If you equate y-6 = -1 , you get y value as 5, (x-6)(5-6)=36, in this case x value is -30
