Learn Cheat Gainer FAST Without a Backflip! The No Fear Method

Turn a round kick into a cheat gainer/gainer flash/kick the moon without any prior flipping experience.
This is a relatively safe progression that can be done outside without any mats. Training on grass forces you to always stay in control and gives you confidence that you can throw the trick almost anywhere.
This is the first flip I learned when I started tricking on grass in 2020. If I had this video back then I would have learned the move so much faster.
Doing cheat gainers can also help you get over the fear of throwing a backflip, but I would still recommend a gymnastics gym/mat/spotter to learn a proper backflip.

currently stuck at level 4 . how do i proceed to level 5? i try to give more power but i cant get my hips higher

Focus on pushing your hips up and out and keeping a line with your swing leg and chest. Also try to gradually look more for the sky before spotting the ground. This requires a lot more power so it will take time. Keep practicing and you'll get it :)
