I love Jane Powell! I was fortunate to have met her on a flight I was working (I'm a flight attendant) and found her to be a very nice person! She was very gracious to her fans and appreciated them!

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is a great film. the dancing and singing were awesome. Most of the brothers were professional dancers, the oldest brother Jeff Richards was a contract player for MGM, he was a semi-pro baseball player and didn't dance, so he faded into the background during the dance routines...
