They are metamers dear & in 2nd and 3rd the parent chain is of same number of c-atoms & functional group is at different positions because if we observe carefully the position of NH is at 1st position in 2nd and at 2nd position in 3rd example
At 6: 46 question is not clear. 1 and 3 rd should be correct answer. No. Of carbon chain same in 1 and 2 so they can be postional isomers and not same in 3rd . Also you explained in last vedio example. Check it.
At 17 : 21 and 18 : 42 there is on alpha hydrogen , sorry for the mistake
