    Thank you for this, I did find one issue doing it this way: if you have data like "Blue" and "Blueberry", then "BLUE"berry will go under "Blue" column. My knowledge of Excel is still pretty basic however I found it easier to use =UNIQUE(C2:F2,TRUE) at the end of the list of duplicated data i.e column H2 and copy it down.

    Do you know how to return only the unique value from the list in a single cell i.e from the column B1 if i want to return only Blueberry and Strawberry. is there any way to do it

      Not sure would have to sit with it for a While. Maybe a countif function might help, or look up more on Index and Match functions.
