You my friend just instantly gained a subscriber in me. I'm fairly new to music production, and when I often come across videos on how to sample in Logic, people often show what they do and not why- not to mention that most sample tutorials only address sample chopping. So thank you for showing other creative techniques.
I appreciate that love bro! That’s the same problem I had when first starting. Videos ONLY show difficult techniques how to chop. I’m glad this helped you out
let me tell you something, this has to be the most useful and helpful video I have seen as a complete beginner in music production and I mean.. a babyyy in production. Thank you so much!!!!!!
Yeah this is for sure the best vid on youtube for sampling on logic. The fact he shows 4 ways so briefly and easily when a 14 min video would be someone else covering 1 of his points!
I'm only halfway through watching and you've already solved about 10 of my questions. Thank you of saving me having to watch at least 10 more how-to videos.
And then I continued watching and you answered at least 10 more questions I had. Amazing. I can't believe how much you taught me in only 15 minutes. To the point! Jamaal, you're awesome man. Looking forward to more of your videos. I'm subscribed and recommending your channel to my students. Thank you.
I’m not even a logic user, but this video went more in-depth of sampling than any video for the daw I use! You got yourself a sub from a FL user! Love the video
I know I'm just echoing other commenters, but thank you so much. This was easily the MOST understandable video on this subject that I have watched. I can't wait to watch your other tutorials! Great job!
This probably the tenth video I have watched as I try to get a sense of what can be accomplished as a beginner on Logic Pro X, and it has been the most informative. Great job! I just subscribed.
One thing I like to do after I chop out the loop and figure out the BPM is add it to my loop library, that way I can use it in later projects if I want, and if I'm mashing up songs with different BPMs, having them in the loop library allows them all to sync to whatever I've got the project tempo set to.
Omg, Bro you are the Man‼️......You explained the details very Thorough..... EXACTLY WHAT WE ALL NEED......PLZ DONT EVER STOP CREATING CONTENT..... YOU'LL HAVE A MILLION SUBS SOON BRO....THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Hey man. I just wanted to say thanks for making this video. I have been making acoustic music my whole life but have been wanting to add electronic elements to my stuff and take thing in a new direction and have been totally lost in how to sample and chop things up, and this great tutorial has already given me all kinds of awesome ideas. Thanks for making this, spreading inspiration and information. This is what YT is all about man!
Bro this is the best sampling tutorial I have seen so far I might actually start doing some sampling now after 8 years of using logic never actually attempted to do sampling but now it looks very easy and fun … Thank you very much people like you sharing knowledge is what makes this world a better place… stay positive my G respect ✊ from Ethiopia 🇪🇹
Alright this tutorial was sick, thank you. Really clear, and love the appreciation for people who don't have / can't afford the extra bits - much appreciated!

Ur videos are great bro. Ur clear, u cut to the chase, and u don’t expect everybody to have 100$ plug-ins. I rlly apreaciate ur vids bro, cuz I’m new to logic. Keep doing ur thing

Thank you, SIR! And I LOVE how precise and concise the video is. You get right to the point without a lot of preamble. And the audio is perfect for the purpose. This ain't a TV show! I don't care about audio or video "bling" in a tutorial. And now I wanna go check out your tracks. You're so musical even in this little vignette. As it used to be said, "you bad, dawg". Haha! Much love.
You just restored a little bit of my thirst for knowledge and definitely everything makes sense you’re very inspiring man and I appreciate your energy and the things that you do to help people like us out thank you brother
