Helpdesk, Network admin, System admin, web developer etc. I would advise you to start with the basics maybe study and sit the Comptia A+ and Network + exams, these give you a nice broad overview of general IT knowledege. Then based on what you prefer doing, you can start focusing more on that eg. if you like network admin you can probaly do CCNA.
