Happy Halloween Jack! Anyways, where do I begin with Top Gun Maverick, this is one of the best examples of a sequel released years after the original, and it turned out to be better than the original! The story is engaging from start to finish. The performances are great on everyone’s part. The tension between Maverick and Rooster is emotional. The romance is heartwarming. The effects are amazing. The training sequences are so much fun. The mission at the end was intense. The soundtrack and score is amazing. And the emotional moments hit you hard, especially the scene with Iceman. This better get a Best Picture nomination at the Oscars.

Agreed. This movie is absolutely flawless. I hope Hollywood looks at this film to understand what makes a legacy sequel work
