616= Peak Human; Ultimate Cap= Superhuman. 616 has more feats to refer to because he is the status quo. But the very concept of Ultimate Cap is a Superhuman version of 616 Cap. Every infrastructural anatomical phenomenon that is officially peak human with 616 cap is Superhuman with the Ultimate Version. A feat V feat analysis is compromised because of the robust feat catalog of the 616 Cap. But the very concept of Ultimate Cap is that he is a significantly more Superhuman version of 616 Cap.

Hard disagree. Ultimate was classified in his comics as legit superhuman (as an example in ultimate avengers 3 issue six). He's got a healing factor that allows him to heal from beatdowns on his own in very short periods of time (like that time the Ultimates fought Hulk in issue 6). Like 616 nearly died after taking a beating from Extremis Ironman and it took him a while to recover. I dont see 616 ever defeating Giant Man without a shield nor being able to hold off any version of Spiderman with Raw strength (like he did in Ultimate 6, sure it was a teenage spidey but Spiderman even while he was younger was already stronger than Cap even in the classic era). Every version of spiderman is connected in the spiderverse because of the web of destiny (that gives everyone a similar level of strength) like PS4 spidey being relative to Superior Spidey in a Comic. Ultimate has by far better strength and durability feats (like getting smashed in the ground by the abominstion in Ultimates 2 and continue to fight). Ultimate Cap would mid diff 616 Captain America at worst. As he would just outlast 616 Cap with just his strength and durability/healimg factor. And it would be dumb to say 616 is way faster because he's got "lightspeed" feats. Thats bs. They at best may get to avoid "lightspeed attacks with precognition" like spidey does with the spider-sense. At lightspeed you can travel around the world in 7 times in less than a second, only some speedsters or guys that csn travel the cosmos like Silver Surfer, Sentry or Thor can travel that fast or move that fast. It is very wild and questionable to say "uhhh this street tier character can move or react to such outrageous speeds" Also Wolverine and Spiderman are far more powerful than regular captain america, that they get "hurt" from his punches because they usually hold back a lot on him, doesnt make them relative in anything. Sure Cap can hit pretty hard, but that doesnt mean he scales to their level. As either Wolverine or Spiderman would destroy Cap.

If an object Is able to move at lightspeed the particles in the atmosphere ingnite with the frlction on the air, causing a literal nuclear fision. Like Omniman did when he destroyed the Planet. To say street level characters or peak humans like 616 can react that fast or relativistic to light, Is braindead to say the least.
