Hey Sir, that looks great! Just one question, how do you fit the plate holder under the passenger seat, was that an adaptation of other motorcycle or even an aftermarket part?

I made it myself using a part from a Panagale

Hi, I don't know you installed the license plate support under the passenger seat. But if it was, could you tell which one you used? What if you had to make any changes or use the bike's original holes?

Where in the UK are you and how long did you have to wait for the exhaust to be delivered? Um-ing and arr-ing about the Zard, but don’t want anything that is obnoxiously loud, but can’t stand the look of the Termi, by comparison, so entirely undecided so far!

Hi Richard, I’m in Shropshire. Had to wait a few weeks for the exhaust, but it’ll be for sale soon as I’ve got a new XDiavel on order and I won’t be fitting the Zard because it’ll affect the warranty.

Is it silly-loud too? Hard to tell on all TH-cam videos, the true nature of the sound of the exhaust!

It’s quite loud on start up but settles down when the engine is warm

Use anti-corrosion! I have my bike for 18 months riding doing winter too. I have not spotted signs of corrosion yet!

Great video! Quick question for you. I got the Zard installed but it is touching the swingarm no matter what we do. Zard is sending me a new pipe and the dealer is saying it would be another 4 hours install. Any recommendation?

Nice video. They certainly suit the bike. Sounds loud even with the dB killers in! What was the weight saving overall?

With the mudguard and removing the exhaust valve servo, I saved around 7kgs👍

Where did you get the fender eliminator from? That looks inline with the front indicators. Please let me know. Been very hard to find one in Australia.

    HELLO BIG500,
What type of type of impact wrench did you use to remove the rear wheel?
Electrical or pneumatic? I want also to change the exhaust. The name of the tool would help me an the Nm the tool provides. Danke

Hi Walter.... I use a socket on a big bar to loosen the nut, then I use a dewalt gun to take the nut the rest of the way

      Hi Rich.. I haven’t done a remap.Zard say it’s not required.

Hi Calum..... No the handlebars are from the standard 1260 Diavel. I prefer them because they’re a bit narrower. th-cam.com/video/Th1olv7bbMk/w-d-xo.html

Not really. I suppose that if the original pipe isn’t bent correctly, the dealer has to pretty much do the job again. I don’t think it should take 4 hours though, as the original silencer is already off the bike.. at a guess I’d say with proper facilities it shouldn’t take more than 2 hours.
