A 32-bit processor contains registers that can store 32 bits of memory address. This means it can handle maximum 2^32 = 4GB of RAM. A 64 bit processor can handle a lot more RAM.
Bhaiya, If the maximum possible RAM is such a large number in case of 64-Bit system, then why do manufacturers have a maximum RAM marking in laptops that can be used?
Conventionally, each byte of memory has to have an address. In a 32-bit operating system, an address is 32 bits long; thus, there are 2^32 possible addresses, which means there are 2^32 bytes = 4 GB. There is a concept called Padding and Data Packing in C++ (Google it!). You can look into it. Or we can take this topic in upcoming lecture if confusion still persist.

interviewer : OS me aata hai kuch?
me: Omae wa mou shindeiru (red eyes)😆
Bhaiya, If the maximum possible RAM is such a large number in case of 64-Bit system, then why do manufacturers have a maximum RAM marking in laptops that can be used?
You have to make OS according to it
I don't think that the content of this video is explained very well. Other videos of this playlist were far better

how did you say 2^32 as 4 GB ?? are you saying one address is 1 byte?? but as far as I know 1 byte = 8 bit
Conventionally, each byte of memory has to have an address. In a 32-bit operating system, an address is 32 bits long; thus, there are 2^32 possible addresses, which means there are 2^32 bytes = 4 GB.

Or we can take this topic in upcoming lecture if confusion still persist.
2^32 bit is not 4GiB it is 0.5 GiB
2^32 locations will be represented and each location will be of 1 byte so we'll have 2^32bytes = 4GiB
Thanks
Thanks man
