Hello Hasan, 1) First of all I want to tell you that whenever we make such type of application in which user have to put username and password to enter the admin panel then we don't give the option of Change username. You can also check yourself that their is no website that gives the option of change username. You can change only Display name, password, profile picture but not username because that is unique identity. 2) Secondly if u want to change the username then first run the SELECT command of SQL to check if particular "username" is already exist in database or not. If username is not exist only then you have to update that username with UPDATE command.

there have one validation issue need to add if user change username or username match with other exists username. Then there have no validation.
