Literally just bought this thing the day after they buffed it. I love this thing and it melts DDs when it catches them in her 9km radar range. But the 406 overmatch still makes this thing a glass cannon.
I am glad you popularize this ship little bit. I preferred this ship even before the buff. Tulsa is my only radar T9 prem ship and even it has only 9km radar, less HP and half the weight of Buffalo salvo, it mimics DM by ABX turret setup and gun reload is there. Great concealment 9.5km is quite fitting radar range. Man, I feel much less missing Alaska or Kronstadt after the buff. You also sending 8 shells in around 10s if you bow in, while Buffalo only 6 out of 2 front turrets so the DM style is there.
Why would I bother with Tulsa when for 12,000 more coal I can get Salem? Three more guns, better base HP, better repair and only 20 metres difference in broadside spread? Yes, Tulsa can mount both hydro and radar at the same time but I just don't "get" the 6-gun ship's advantage? Seems to me it would require a very specific set of circumstances to prefer this over Salem.... Please advise, as I have coal burning a hole in my wallet :)
Well considering I got my tulsa last year from an Xmas container this makes thembuff even sweeter, the question is will I return after not playing for 18 months, I only log in for events incase WG does a U turn on carriers as 65% of my games in destroyers @21,000 games! Cheers
Ganz unter uns... Dir könnte man auch ein Schlauchboot unter den Hintern binden und Du würdest damit immer noch dominieren 😂. Tulsa ist nichts für mich, frisst mir zuviel Schaden.
got this out of Santa box this year, and while it seems slightly tighter (shells side by side from same turret), the dpm is just so bad, the buffed Buffalo is just better ship (IMO). Seems like a reload buff wouldn't have been way more useful than dispersion.
ok i guess i should give her a try again she has sat unused for so long i dont even remember at this point because this CA sucked and i love my US CA line since CBT.
Hey Trenlass, how does it come that in nearly every single video i'm watching from you, you are bumping into an allied boat sooner or later? Is that a thing to do?
Dude, I love how ice cold you are. Musashi casually crushes you from 28 km. No cursing, no getting upset. "How rude!" I love it.

I always enjoy you video's and your live stream as well. Thanks
Great video, thanks!
Got Tulsa 2 years ago in a Santa crate. Was Happy untiill i tried it out. Horrible Ship... I hope the Buff makes it viable.
Exactly the same, was so excited when I got it then played it … cried… and it’s been gathering dust since.

Keep being awesome
I passed out watching your Jinan buffed video and then slept about warships for the night. Maybe a round two with this one? :D

Better gun dispersion in gereral seems actually good for tactical gameplay. People should get punished for misplays and this helps.

Its really good now. Liked it before but now its a Dream.
It became very decent ship

How did they buff buffalo? I loved that ship, way more than I should have.
👌.
🖖.
Which DDs dispersion though. There is some shitty dds out there. :)
It got general DD Disperson pattern. Just ggole Disperson Mechanic and you will understand.
i buy this back when it first released and never want to touch this ship again after few battle..
Yeah the game surely needs another fast stealth radar at T9/10. And yes it is basically stealth radar. Great life being a dd main.
No worries with that Kagero going into harms way... he was pretty low impact, no idea.

If you want more YT watchers you need better quality picture.
Even after the buff it's still a terrible ship
I always liked it.
For you yes. It's call preference 😊
Lol
Its close to my old T9 Baltimore... but sadly it doesnt feel the same..
@@kayaveldhuis9120 Compared to Buffalo its bad

Its worse then Whichita...
Stats say no.
