After this practice, I finished a 40 minute seated meditation with NO lower back pain. I generally do a seated meditation about once a week because my lower back usually protests about 10-15 minutes into it. I started using this practice a few months ago before meditation but this is the first time I made it pain free. I didn't initially catch the advice to drop the tailbone back before sitting in a seated position (starts 17:35) but I think that's the piece that makes all the difference. Thank you for this practice! Namaste.
This is such an energizing & cleansing practice. Thank you so much for sharing. I feel like I can meditate, grade 1000 papers (teacher) and keep up with my two year old all in the same night now :) Namaste
Beautiful practice- Note for anyone here for the first time: after left side pigeon followed by downward dog, take right side pigeon and another downward dog before continuing. (Also, earlier in the practice you may want to pause on the 2nd side lizard, as the video is much quicker on that side than the first) 🙏
I learned Asana through Baron book journey into power. Been a great Journey every since. Thanks for Baron and Bryan Kest for brining some masculine energy into the female dominated Asana practice. I would have never practiced asana and then yoga if it was taught by a girl in tight pants. Thanks Bro
As an instructor, I so appreciate students reminding me not to forget side 2. Sometimes I'm so engrossed in the moment and the flow that I forget! I did notice he forgot side 2.
Baron Baptiste videos are hard to come by now a days. This is a nice find

Thank you
Yes, so did I! I was reading the comments to confirm that I hadn't somehow missed it.
