Sunday Riley is really diligent about telling people it needs direct contact with the skin so it should be applied first after cleansing and other serums on top of the oil!!
Teni! Please try using Luna first on super dry skin, let it soak in then apply your serum, or just us the oil at night. Luna works best applied to clean dry skin. Any moisture under it could weaken the effects of it. Fun fact 😘loving the new bathroom too ❤️
exactly! what i was thinking I think its so funny when people buy stuff for that when coconut oil is sooo good for the skin . I have really oily skin and it still does wonders . i just dont get it
coconut oil can clog your pores if you leave it on your skin, but if you are just removing makeup and wash or wipe it off it is fine, I have very acne prone skin and i remove makeup with coconut oil it doesn't break me out

when you use retinol in your night skin care you also have to wear spf during the day because retinold makes your skin more sensitive to uvs and uvb light

I use the oil version of this product to remove the top layer of makeup and oil and then I follow with the dr jart micro water all over the face and the Clinique eye makeup remover to get anything left in the lashline.

Zerrin Toska well I honestly don't use much. I use dove soap to get a good cleanse then I use Mario badescu rose water spray (or the cucumber one). I can't use regular creams or moisturizers because they're too heavy and cause breakouts. Even the Clinique ones that claim to be for super sensitive skin. I also use a serum right under my eyes for that thin dark area but I make sure not to take it down onto my cheeks too far. I'm doing a skin care giveaway on my channel next month and will be giving away some of my favorites so you can see what I use in that video or you can enter to win :)

I tried all expensive brands starting with mums fav at the time Clinique. My skin felt like it would burn off. Others I came up in rest rash or worse, hives! It took years before I could find a natural mascara without beeswax. In time as I've aged (in 30s) I've worked out a few serums and move between 3 moisturisers. I've been to see your channel and subscribed com us allergy gals must stick together!
A more affordable option than the clinique for makeup removers is The Body Shop chamomile cleansing oil and/or chamomile cleansing balm. Works the same but is cheaper! 😊

I'm always a bit skeptical when it comes to wearing a moisturizing body lotion or in your case the coconut oil for fear that I would leave stains on the floor after applying it and then smear my bed sheet. You know, that greasy feeling. But I know it's important to start taking care of my skin and not just the face so I'm torn. I believe I will regret dreading this routine as soon as I hit 30 which is not long now.. 😅

Saba H yes but coconut oil can clog your pores of you have oily/acne prone skin so it isn't an option for people like me 🙁
If you use a non comedogenic oil such as Argan oil it will do the job without clogging your pores and also help to treat and prevent acne.
