I just passed the DMV drive test this morning on my frirst try. Thank you Rick for all the valuable information you shared. Just 2 days ago, I did a mock test with my instructor and I made a lot of mistakes especially on making left turns. I literally cried and we had to pull over so I can gather myself together. I asked my instructor for his honest opinion if I would pass and he said 50/50. I came across your videos here in TH-cam and purchased a course on your website. I am thankful to have found you and the content that you shared. The explanation and examples were clear and the order of presentation was superb! It cleared up a lot of confusion I had. My instructor was surprised when we went for a warm up drive before going to the DMV, he saw a big change in the manner I was driving. My comment is already long but I just can’t thank you and your team enough. 🙏🏼😊😃
I just failed my road test today... I experienced what Rick said about 8 reasons why we fail the RT.... First Impressions.... We are leaving the test center. DE asked me to turn left.... I stopped at the at the at the gate of the compound, there were three people on our right side who were unpredictable. So I waited for them to do what they wanted to do, and they ended up not moving. So I proceeded with my left turn. The DE's impression was that I was slow and could not make my decision. Second reason he failed me was that we were turning left, I stopped at my stop line. There was a car in front of me sitting on in the intersection, waiting for his opportunity to make his turn. And the truck behind me honked at me. I still did not move . When the car in front of me successfully made his turn, I followed coz I also saw there was no incoming traffic. DE asked me why the truck behind honked at me. I answered, "I understand that he wants me to proceed but I did not because it's not clear for me... I can't go because what if it turned yellow while the car is there? I am not allowed to stay at the intersection . Third , he said my reverse, backing, and parallel takes long . Although I admit I missed one shoulder check and failed to do 360 scan in one of the maneuvers. I did a mock test with my driving instructor, and he commented I will pass my second RT.

Hello! Did fall my driving test today. In 8 minutes. Here, in Romania. I had 2 turns to the left. Your video helps me to understand how much needd is to have a proper steering wheel technic. I do not have a good technic. We have a rather chaotic traffic and I have a lot of difficulty to adapt to it.

Last month, you said that nobody watches replays which was why you made the replay on the 27th only eleven minutes long. Last month & this month, however, you made them longer. Did you decide to stop doing replays, are you skipping a week, or you are delaying the replay to tomorrow?
I’m taking my first test tomorrow at 8 am! I felt quite prepared but the second test I drove very well and ended up making two stupid critical errors 😢 (I was too close to the curb while backing so I grazed it and then I drove in the turning lane for too long) but I feel confident tomorrow while simultaneously feeling really nervous cus if I fail again I have to start over

Hi, this quite off topic but….I am not able to find a competent video for my issue on TH-cam Hi , I am in the process of taking my CDL B license for mini school bus. NYC. Any advice on parallel parking as far as looking for cones in your flat and convex driver mirror? Assuming I am parallel parking on the left hand side?

The cars honking you to turn when making a left😏 , and you can't see the oncoming traffic , because they also have a left turn lane
And to look right . So many time i've had cars from right lanes make left turn because of having no patient
