On Saturday 23 of september there is National final in Rotterdam. This will be broadcasted on NPO 3 (Dutch National broadcaster). There are juryvotes (50% of all votes) and televoters (50% of all votes). This combined will choose the winner who's gonna represent The Netherlands in JESC 2023.
If not quite right, you are missing the children's jury and in the Netherlands they work with the points system first 12, second 10, third 8, fourth 7. Suppose there is an act that has the same number of points after the televoting, then the one of those 2 who gets the received the most points in the televoting is the winner!
Hi, at the junior Eurovision Songcontest it is mandatory that 40% (not sure of the number) of the text must be in the native language. So almost all countries have a mix with native language and english.
