Just discovered your channel and immediately subbed. No idea why you don’t have 100k+ subscribers. Great content, production and humor!

Thanks man! That means a lot. Im ramping up to create a bunch more content this fall. What sort of topics would you come back often for? More camping basics, product reviews, Land Cruiser stuff?

    My take on coffee:
1 - Simplest but not cheapest - Buy the micro ground instant packs / boil water and mix - done.
2 - Just as simple but much better tasting - pre grind beans of your choice to COURSE for french press - bring along a french press of your choice (I use an ESPRO P7, very pricey but double insulated and double filtered and will hold up forever) boil water and mix to taste.
I use a Jetboil for water boiling. Get yourself a 2 tablespoon scooper measuring spoon off Amazon for easy measuring. (about 2 tablespoons per 8oz.)
3 - Yes you can use a percolator over an open fire, do cowboy coffee blah blah, but the above 2 are what I have found to be very easy and simple.
4 - use the green bio degradable camp soap for clean up / most times my water spray bottle (Luna Tec off Amazon, pressurized Nalgene bottle) and microfiber cloths or paper towels are enough. Always pack it all out.

It will be our first time camping in a few weeks and there's toooo much you tube content out there. Thank you for keeping it simple. I'm overwhelmed with the list of everything you need to buy. Can you please consider sharing your list of everything you take to camp with? Your great! I don't understand either why you don't have more subscribers. In time!😁

Thanks for the video! I have the same stove and was wondering if that mountain smith bag would work, glad to see you pull the stove out of it. have you done a video on that bag and how the stove fits in it? Thanks again!

Funny stuff. I basically just use "cup stoves" when backpacking because I'm a different kind of lazy. haha. Good luck on the channel. Just started mine as well. May the algorithm be with you!

Maybe other necessities you always take and how you fit it all in (and how you find it again once you get there). You have a very dry sense of humor and I love it!

Im going to get back to these basics videos soon. My wife and I are going to do a video on all the freeze dried and powdered ingredients you can use to make mocktails on the trail. That should be out in a couple weeks. Stay tuned!

I feel like there should be balloons falling from the ceiling and a slow motion tear falling from my eye right now : )
