The bagerz representatives did not even offer to exchange the product infact they were adamant that the product is exactly as shown in the pic. Definitely a misleading picture.
Very bad experience with bagerz. Sorry to say but I recently purchased a maroon strip tote from bagerz and when I received it I was extremely disappointed to find a cheap quality bag with poor stitching and cheap leather. The metal used was also discolored. Worst experience.
