My grandfather moved from Zahle to Brasil in 1920. His father was a priest in the Orthodox Church - Cury Issa Abi-Chaim Daud. Many of my relatives are now in Sao Paulo. It is great to see my grandfather's hometown in such clarity, thank you.

They forged Colombian birth certificates, and then traveled from South America into the US via Ellis Island. On paper I’m 50% Colombian, but my genetics are 50% Lebanese! Lol, small world.
stop the video at 1:38 and on the right side of the pic there is i believe "L´ecole Christ Roi" a squary big building, i was there as a student from 1963 to 1967 the israeli/arab war, and israeli planes broke the sound barrier and all our schools glasses were broken, me as i child i run in all directions crying, and i remember Soeur Monique came to me and hold me in her sacred arms. what a lovely memories. I left lebanon until today i never came back. for 10 cents we could buy a conic paper seeds to eat, or a nougat sesame for 25 cents. i also remember wadi al 3arayech which we use to go around for weekend. We are Lebanese only. But to answer your question, Zahle is considered the largest city for the Greek Catholic doctrine in Lebanon, and Khenchara comes 2nd. You’re Welcome
