How much time it took to reach Chikmagalur from bangalore?? M planning to visit solo on 26th Jan.. is it safe to ride solo??

Hi, it's completely safe to ride solo, just leave around 5am and you will reach the destination around 10:30am. It's 300km from Blore and the roads are nice too. My suggestion is visit belur temple and shettihalli church on the way. It will be an hour extra if you visit these places or atleast one these.

I also did a bike trip from bangalore to Chikmagalur on 26th jan. Road is so beautiful and smooth that you can't resist yourself from going > 100kmph thoughout the way.
After Hassan there comes state highway so you need to reduce speed. And yeah there are plenty of lakes on sideways
