@@pianoforte2522 You're welcome!! But isn't friska part of the hungarian rhapsody no. 2? I might be wrong though. But amazing playing of hr no. 6! I can barely play liebestraum no. 3 correctly lol.
I was always fond of this one. You'll find a lot of the Lisztian bravura falls much more naturally on a proper grand. Modern electronic pianos are very good but there's still no substitute. Book a good practice room for an hour or two and you'll see what I mean.
i keep coming back to this, i love your interpretation. if you'd play the whole piece that would be awesome. also how long did it take you to learn this?
Everything is great and I love your interpretation but your hand are very tense when playing the octaves. I've never played this piece before and those octaves are very grating on stamina but try to relax more
Just want to say, don't feel even remotely bad about that. 7 years is not actually that long to be playing an instrument, especially if you started when you were very young. I've also been playing piano for 7 years and I'm not even remotely close to being this good, this is an extremely difficult piece that will usually take 10-15 years of experience to play.
@@mooshiros7053 That is absolutely true. Usually students in college that are studying music play this. 10-15 years is also a bit more realistic if you don´t or can´t play 40 hours a day🤣
@@mooshiros7053 Wonderful performance ! But I disagree that you need this amount of experience (10-15 years ) to play this piece, I have been playing the piano for 1 year and 8 months Self taught pianist and I already Finished La Campanella from start to finish it took me 5 months to finish it and also finished other pieces like Turkish march and other 9 pieces and now I'm halfway into Fantaisie Impromptu, all you need to know is all the basics of the piano and a decent amount of techniques and knowledge and 2-4+ hours of practice daily.
@@TSUEagleEye This isn't meant to discourage you by any means, but you are moving way too quickly. I listened to your recordings of turkish march and fur elise, and while the foundation is there, your rhythm is uneven in many places and your dynamics aren't so great either. Considering you are self taught, you might not have enough of an understanding of piano to realize that, but at the level, you're at I don't think you should be playing even the easier chopin pieces, much less any of Liszt's pieces. I would recommend playing easier pieces that are just above your comfort range rather than jumping to pieces way over your head that you can't play properly, as doing that won't help you improve. About what you said, I think even if practice 2-4+ hours a day (much more than most pianists) and you have a teacher, you would still need at minimum 6-8 years to get to a level where you can play hungarian rhapsody 6.

HR6 is far to be the hardest

HR6 is about average for a Liszt piece tbh.
