I don't see Effie getting killed, at least not now. I think she's earned a place to go out in the end if she is taken out. I think it might be Kamal, he's a good cop and will figure out things quickly, and Carter will take him out with Dru's gun, then he'll have him and Monet under his thumb like it described in one of your scene synopsis'. I think then we'll get an appearance by Rashad who will find a way to help Tariq and Davis take him out.

If Tariqs issues with Effie were kill/revenge worthy, it doesn't make sense that he'd be telling her wtf was going on. Hopefully that doesnt end up being poor writing.

Also, when they are about to off someone, they usually build their character up leading up to so that it’s more impactful when they are taken out. Unless this episode goes super into Effie’s backstory, I don’t think she’s going anywhere permanent.

Honestly, I think Effie isn't going anywhere yet considering she's still needed for dealing with the Russians considering they want to talk to her and her only. I can see her passing within the last two episodes but now it's way too soon. Maybe she's got more screen time in the 2nd half of the season, we still don't know about that. In S2, she was huge in the 2nd half of the season. Not saying this could be the same thing but we never know.
The thumbnails are somewhat misleading. I think Noma is just asking Effie about drugs that are being circulated by someone unknown. However we the audience know that it is Tariq breaking his agreement with Noma.

SPOILER ALERT**** Our favourite white boy Brayden unfortunately will be a “casualty” during the remaining episodes. Tariq will end up having to face thawing his best friend taken out because of everything going on. It will be an attempt on Tariq but Brayden will try and save Tariq while unfortunately taking the damage and he wont survive. Most likely it’ll happen in a situation where almost immediately Tariq will also have to leave the scene because either the cops are about to arrive to the scene as well or Tariq’s about to become closed in by his enemies. So he won’t even have any time alone with Brayden after he’s gone. 😢😢😢

Honestly, I think Effie isn't going anywhere yet considering she's still needed for dealing with the Russians considering they want to talk to her and her only. I can see her passing within the last two episodes but now it's way too soon. Maybe she's got more screen time in the 2nd half of the season, we still don't know about that. In S2, she was huge in the 2nd half of the season. Not saying this could be the same thing but we never know.

Our favourite white boy Brayden unfortunately will be a “casualty” during the remaining episodes. Tariq will end up having to face thawing his best friend taken out because of everything going on. It will be an attempt on Tariq but Brayden will try and save Tariq while unfortunately taking the damage and he wont survive. Most likely it’ll happen in a situation where almost immediately Tariq will also have to leave the scene because either the cops are about to arrive to the scene as well or Tariq’s about to become closed in by his enemies. So he won’t even have any time alone with Brayden after he’s gone.
