The Delorean motor sounded pretty smooth.Good work.Being from Michigan though,I'd much rather have the Land Rover.That's a really sweet looking truck,and the overdrive makes it so much more driveable at 45-55 mph,which is most the roads I'd be using between towns.
Mike on the first shot of the car idling the idle is not correct. The delorean has an idle speed motor that keeps idle at 775 plus or minus 50. You are idleing at 1000rpm plus. This indicates the idle motor is not working as it should. Either the throttle spool is not tripping the idle micro switch (easy fix) or the idle motor is at the end of its range and can’t bring the idle down to 775. If that’s the case I suspect there is a vac leak somewhere
In that shot the car wasn’t running, I added the audio from the idle rather than put any music. In the key off position that is where the needle sits in the cluster. It idles at 775rpm 👍
