The judge asking the prosecutor when he should do something. I have seen it all!

All I gotta say is their trickery and deceitfulness will backfire on them. The judge is actually making it highly easy to get a conviction overturned if necessary. They are all in cahoots together and will go down in the end. Thank God he is in that courtroom with those young men. All I have heard is Thug was arrested, guns were found on a couple or one occasion. Also, he can own a gun like other people. He was never proven to have in his possession a stolen gun. The State doesn't have a RICO case and they know it. Judge allowing that officer to keep testifying is wrong and he knows it. Defense will get it cleaned up anyway. This evil will be defeated.

I love your say on the state of affairs of this case and your right about the whole thing being nothing but anything that can be gathered from years of past crimes wich have been through the courts and dealt with according each sentence and years ago again so many times I see that a mist a miners are gone and been done but it's the same as double jeopardy going through the courts twice it is not right and unlawful accounts , it's basically picking and choosing whatever they feel like they can add as a RICO all together but these are even not nothing to do with young thug and I really don't see any chance of getting a guilty or even going that far before the whole case unfolds into a big taxpayers mess and I'll put that down as a super facts man Scotty boy from Scotland watching every minute that is shown or can be heard from us the rest of the world and do people like myself want to go on holiday to America just in case they come across a police officer who is not so fly straight if you feel me yea , but your point is valid for real for real life, it's a circus ring connect the dots club or whatever they feel like doing a joke comes to mind ha ha WTFUNK

A mistrial would be decided by a Grand Jury.. Defense doesn't just have the option to throw out a mistrial flag in hopes of getting a different Judge, or Jury.. Unless there is a grave unlawful act or clear and present conflict of interests, that wouldn't just be something Defense could do.. The state bears the burden of proof. The judge
& DA's office work for the same people, you & I. They see each other at events, their friends. Defense Att. aren't excluded from that relationship, but the judge and prosecutors just have a more working relationship. Almost any judge will come off as being on the states side, at first, because the state is presenting evidence in effort to PROVE their case to a jury.. at this time, Defense has not yet begun to try and prove THEIR case to the jury, yet.. That time will come after the State has settled its testimonials and Rests its Case. Until then, the judge is working to provide a path of right/wrong for the state to PROVE their case.. It's not about sides, or right and wrong. This case will take a year, minimum....

It’s funny how he called a break in the middle of the defense cross examining the detective that was a move meant to make the defense loose momentum and energy then when they came back from break judge called another witness to the stand and says we can put the detective back on stand after that !! This judge is crooked as they come

The state doesn't have a case . The judge is protecting the state's crumbling argument. this is day 22 and there has been nothing remotely close to an enterprise gang committing crimes to advance a music group. The judge is not allowing the defense the same legal latitude that is being given to the state.

Fulton County needs to stop. This is insane these drugs look like its for personal usage. This is case for someone that needs rehab not jail. They need to seek another Judge this one seems very prejudice. This has been 23 days of trash.. The little amount of drugs in no way add up to RICO. If you are using his songs then the entire music industry should be on trail. SMH
