Hello, in this video you'll see me install another way to cool-down your outdoor patio with an Oscillating Fan by HydroMIST. This fan is ultra Quiet and very powerful!
This fan can even have an attachment (purchased separately) that infuses water misting with a water misting ring that will fit perfectly to this fan.
This video completes my COOLING MY PATIO SERIES!
I have created 3 stages of helping to cool my patio during the summer months . . . 1) I purchased Cantilever Sun Umbrellas. 2) I installed a Misting System. 3) I installed the Hydro-MIST FAN (as seen here).
I don't think you'll find a COOLER Patio in summer than mine :)

What height did you select for the mounting bracket?
Do you know if this can be put on a wall switch for power and for speeds? Vs on the cord or back of motor? If not I guess the only way is to have the plug itself on a switch....Really cool looking fan. I have a 30x30 patio with (2) huge fans but may look into getting one or two of these to blow across the porch on those Texas summers

I wonder if there is a certain cement or stucco thickness and durability required for the c-clip or butterfly mounting.
I don't follow that it mists. You have to add a misting ring around it?

The brand name is Hydromist, but yes, a misting hose can be added.
The one i want is out of stock. Also, they sell them as to Motor vs to Cord. Is that referring to controls?
Looks like this area exactly in Florida, does it work in the Very HIGH humidity of Florida? Sort of a swamp cooler effect, ever measure difference in before use after use in degrees? Lady in dry heat said at least 10 degree drop which would do wonders! Nice addition in room built to contain water, clever!

Not that smart. It would be smarter if you had it hooked up via wifi and be able to control speed via phone
How is adding the steps of having & pulling out phone turning on phone going to app then leaving it out for heat damage or dropping in pool smarter! Seems pretty mean a comment! Do you sell data?
