This was the perfect meditation practice for me at this moment because when I said to myself that I am strong and I can overcome any challenge, I really felt that I believed it. It is a realization that I can really feel good about. I have always considered myself a lucky person and so it is that I came across DTM meditations.
I have noticed that you added a few seconds of silence just after finishing the meditation and before the promotion of the site. Very good and considered! 👏🏼🙏🏼😌

You can switch to the nose. Always breathe in the way most comfortable or natural to you during the practice.
