If you're not using Valtos , you can try to equip 2 pcs advanced spd gear on Noelle ss2 (the one that give 5% spd for 2 turns). This way , she will get turn before enemy and can create the shield before they attack. (Without shield provider , I havent tried other team setup yet).
I think may be you can try some support that help increasing damage like Charlotte ss3 , Gauche ss2 , Gifso (Finral .. may be). Or you could try Red Charlotte. As long as your Black Asta is very well built I think you can get it done. (The hard part for me is to find a run where I dont get silence too much or some support die before Black Asta enter Anti-magic).
