Amazon seem to pick on certain artists and yet ignore flagrant breaches of copyright by others. I have to wait until she is back on Amazon as i think shipping to the UK from Etsy wouldn't be affordable 😢 Praying for Amazon to get things sorted in Deborah's favour
I think they will be reasonably priced, obviously more than the Amazon printed, but Deborah has always been one of the more affordable coloring artists on Etsy.
This is so crazy. Deborah is a well established artist and it's very obvious that her art is hand drawn. Someone accuses her of making AI art and Amazon just accepts this? And why is this only being handled through AI communication, instead of her talking to a human being? I got through to Amazon customer service by using their chat box and then they (real humans) called me back on my phone. I told them about what's happening with Deborah's coloring and how unfair it is, and they transferred me to another department and they said they'd pass on my complaint. They also said that Deborah could do the same thing I did, get a call back on her phone and they'll transfer her to someone she can talk to about it.
She has talked to real people but I do know when she calls to follow up every day sometimes she has to deal with automated CS. She follows up daily and they just keep telling her they are working on it but that it's taking longer than expected and could be 3-6 months before it gets sorted.
@@annhatfield6044 In the video, you said her art is obviously hand drawn "but it's very difficult to get this across to Amazon, which is a huge conglomerate where you can't speak to a real human being, you are always speaking to AI itself. Ironically, you have to talk to AI to deal with a complaint against you." So, it sounded like she didn't talk to an actual person, from the way you had described it. But now you're saying that she has talked to real people, and only sometimes deals with automated CS. It's a shame that Amazon is making Deborah wait so long before it gets sorted.
Thanks for sharing! It must be so frustrating for Deborah. Praying everything works out for the best for her! I will definitely go buy pdfs.

I’m glad Deborah will be offering artist editions in her Etsy shop I don’t have a printer I just hope I can afford them

@@annhatfield6044 that’s true Deborah always does right by us . She’s amazing and doesn’t deserve this but prayers she’s back on Amazon soon .
Thank you for sharing this ❤
You are so welcome! I know people are confused about the situation.
I have been buying her PDFs. Don't mind printing. But I thought all books were gone from Etsy, too?
No, all of her books are still on Etsy, they havent gone anywhere.

Im sorry if I was confusing. I guess I was just trying to say that dealing with Amazon can be difficult. Yes, it is a shame, thats a long time.
Sounds like someone has a grudge against Muller.
Rita I completely agree with you!
They go after the actual artists, but amazon is literally saturated with AI books. Lol
