You can tell how passionate Montana is about her role, and making the customers happy seeing new products launched. A great asset to the company going forward. Keep up the good work Montana

What a very special young lady. Hornby is in good hands.
Hi Montana. I have been watching ur programme on Hornsby. I really enjoy it, i love ur passion for the Hornsby trains, great to see a lovely woman interested in model rail ways. Thank you
What a super lady Montana is. Hornby has done well to recruit, train and even convert her to model railway madness!
Future looks bright with this level of passion and commitment 👍
It's great to see ladies including Montana being introduced into the model railway community and proving it's not just a hobby associated with older Male population.
Also congratulations on Hornby's great news in the recent business article's for 2020.
It’s still magic opening a red box !
Especially when half the bits fall out! 😆 😆
Montana is always a joy to say hello to at the shows, and she always has a smile and a wave for everyone. Maybe Hornby should get into children's books with Montana one day? It does strike me how well the team get on. If only every work place was that way it wouldn't seem like work. I hope she stays there a long while, a true asset for Hornby. Andy summed things up nicely there for most people. Nice video chaps. Laurie.
Montana, you bring a fresh approach to Hornby which is well overdue, keep up the amazing good work 👍🏻
The future "Queen" of Hornby Model Railways
This is so cool
Great story and great to hear the passion you have for your company! Unfortunately down here in New Zealand we seem to miss out on much of the new releases, so much kit is out of stock down here in NZ now, its quite embarrassing and frustrating.....we end up having to order direct from the UK, which is a "kick in the teeth" for our local model railway retailers..... I dont know whether its Covid 19 causing the delay, or what....but unfortunately the "colonies" seem to be coming off second best in the hobby market!
Lovely interview and as others have commented, it’s great to see and hear someone with passion and enthusiasm be involved within the company and industry. It must take plenty of planning and effort to prepare and attend all the shows. Hopefully model shows can recommence at some stage during 2021.
Good to see a woman heading up a position of note. We in our model railway club have two female modellers and can show the men their special side of the hobby... scenery and building kits. We hope to see fruits of your work in 2021.
Montana is very passionate
Lovely girl.
I love the Hornby brand and the hobby itself, but I get frustrated with the limited options available. I've been wanting an entry priced class 37 to put a TTS decoder in but nothing on the market until next spring...the price points and lack of entry level locos like the example above are stopping new people to enter the hobby. Also why don't Hornby have more current models? I grew up in London and have longed for someone to bring out a low cost London underground, Docklands light railway, C2C livery etc etc....if the company did 3 different tiers of quality for each loco, wagon, coach etc i.e entry) basic plastic mould, mid) slightly more detail, advanced modeller) high detail....then I think another 100 years PROFITABLE Hornby could happen
I hope that class 66 is a factory sample as some people missed out on getting one. I was lucky enough to get one
Don’t worry Ollie, it was!!
Can you make e2 hornby
Dear me, couldn't even synchronize sound and visuals, had to give up
Well done Montana! Great job and it’s very pleasing to learn of your past and expectations for the Company in the future. Good Luck!
