The ponytail palm is soooo easy. Accidentally left it outside in our cold winter. I lost a big piece of her. Brought her inside and she never missed a beat. Growing and growing. She is massive. Love all your chosen plants. All are stunning. 🇨🇦💚

I appreciate that you address the effects of mental health on our ability to care for plants. I fell in love with all the plants that survived my epression when I was neglectig them. Now they are living their best life.

Thanks Ebuka for sharing alot of those plants we grow outside here in the Caribbean that Ponytail plant I have them outside as big base trees and the euphobia milli are on the outside as well as the ficus and the elephant bush. Some of them like the calethias I won't risk they are too dramatic.

I've had a ponytail palm since the mid-1970s. It's now well over 5 feet tall, and still easy to maintain. I did have trouble with mealy bugs once, and I was forced to cut off the leaves to eradicate those pests, but the plant recovered and is beautiful once again.

What a gorgeous collection of reliable plants…. I can’t choose a favorite they are all lovely plants 🪴…. I hope to live in a tropical or even semi tropical region in the future and enjoy the natural growth that comes with the environment…. I accidentally left my banana plant outside this fall; I’m surrounded by the Great Lakes in the USA and we have had cold weather already…. I’ll get a new on this spring…. Thank you for sharing….

Same, although I brought my tropicals and tenders in back in September. Also in the US Great Lakes region, buried by 50 inches of snow a couple of weeks ago. If it wasn't for indoor plants and plant lights, I'd probably go insane.

Hello, The Big Ben is on my wishlist from the first time you showed it to us. The stapelia gigantea is on the list of stinky plants as it attracts flies for pollination. The Orbea Lepida and Orbea Semite are on my wishlist. Do they smell as well? Your Calathea Makoyana is stunning, mine is a joke 😂, tell me your secrets please. The Sansevieria Canary is too dangerous for me, I may back into it per my usual snake plants. Your variegated Anthurium Hookeri is beautiful. She’s a one leaf wonder huh 😂. I killed two elephant bush plants 🤷🏽‍♀️. My jade plants do well until I overwater them. 😱The agave Victoria Reginea is compact and cute. I’ve been punctured by a few large ones in South Carolina as a kid, no thanks. The Pony Tail Palm is lovely. I appreciate your description of her, architectural and structural, very regal. I have a small Snow White Aglaonema. Had her about two months. Very thirsty indeed. I just purchased the Aglaonema Garnet Coltrane. She is gorgeous! The aglaonema calypso is next. The Ficus Audrey is very healthy. My neighbor has one in his kitchen on the counter in a south facing window. It’s huge. I don’t think he knows it’s a tree. Is she easier than the Fiddle Leaf Fig who is constantly on the struggle bus? I’ll checkout the firecracker plant (Crossandra infundibuliformis). It reminds me of a tomato plant. It’s available on our US Etsy. What was the last red plant you showed? PS, your pink syngonium confetti plant is nice. I especially love your Blue Torch Cactus plant in the garden. Thank you for showing us both your underwhelming plants and outstanding performers for 2024. Love Always, your NY Plant Girlie
