- Hello everyone, In this video we do the Mumbai to Shirdi Road Trip by Car in our Tata Nexon. Shirdi is a famous place located in Maharashtra which is frequented by many devotees to visit the Sai Baba Temple. To reach Shirdi from Mumbai, one needs to take the Mumbai Nashik Highway, cross Igatpuri, at the Ghoti turn take a right towards Sinnar and Shirdi. No tolls, none stopped us on the way.

Super video..Is your Nexon petrol or diesel and what is the mileage you got in your trip
Mine is a petrol AMT. On highways with AC mileage is generally 19-20 kmpl.

Pl give more details like kms covered, time taken, how far away the restaurant is from starting point, total toll paid etc.
Approx 260 kms from our place. It took around 6 hours given that we had taken multiple stops. Toll is only paid on the NH part which is Rs 105. The other national highway was still under construction and tolls weren’t functional. You will find plenty of restaurants on the way.

Hello sir, Is it safe to drive on this Ghoti road at night?
Hi, avoid travelling via this road late in the night to be safe. The traffic is relatively less and the road is 2 lane only.
Also can you cut out back ground noice ?
Unfortunately that was not possible for us. Hence had to keep it like that.

Being a Sr Cotizen I wanted to save whatever driving time possible. But wife was against taking Goti route bcoz earlier the road was toooo bad & many reports of harassment to motorists
Guess u faced none..
Didnt face any harassment or issues. Some patch of road was under construction. But overall okay road if driving in the day.
Do a gujrat trip in upcoming months,roads are good & there are many places to visit
What places do you suggest? We have already covered Rann of Kutch and thoroughly enjoyed the trip 😊

Overall the Highway From Mumbai to Nashik is riddled with potholes and rain along with traffic makes it more painful to drive.

Poore india me roads aise hi hai, india ke pass road construction technology nahi hai. Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia eise countries me bhi behtar roads hai.
Completely agree. Even the repaired road is painfully uneven and not at all acceptable for a toll road. NHAI in Maharashtra do not seem to understand the meaning of the term "ride quality" ..
@@shreedhartend3878 Dont agree ..just go to any of the states bordering Maharashtra and see the difference. Just a month back I drove from Mumbai to Khajuraho and the roads in MP are leagues ahead. The drive from Jhansi to Khajuraho takes around 2.5 hours for 200 km. The only roads in Maharashtra that are maintained are the two expressways. The rest of the roads are indifferent,

How is the road conditions?
When we went, the road was in good shape with diversions when going via sinnar. However, return journey via Sangamner was the better route in terms of road condition. Travel during day.

Beta Phase 1 start hogya hai and Phase 2 1 saal me ho jaega, China nahi hai par Congress ka India bhi nahi hai, hume bhi adat thi congress ke zamane me ki 10-12 saal to lagenge hi
