This video is about health and nutrition for an athlete and soccer and football player. Athletes think that eating bananas are what you're supposed to do, but once you understand the science behind what a banana actually does for you, you will completely understand how to position your food choices in pre-game, and post-game.

I'm 15 and here is how i get ready for training/game and what I do to recover.
I always try to eat a big high in protein meal with some carbs but mainly protein based 2-3 hours before a game, I always do a mobility/stretching session before i go to training or a game just to feel fresh and ready, I get ready for my game a little early so that I can do a breathing exercise to relax and get my brain mentally where it needs to be. I drink water all the time i think the biggest thing is to STAY HYDRATED always have a water bottle on you. After the game i drink a body armor to replenish electrolytes and when i get home eat a high protein meal and have a protein shake with coconut water then after all of that i stretch and foam roll and try to get 8-10 hours of sleep

i always fast after weight training cuz i go the gym at like 9pm n my appetite is just gone usually after i exercise, so basically im not giving nutrients to my muscles after training is that bad?

Gatorade fit is hands down the best beverage. 10-15 cals per bottle, really delicious, good sodium and all natural
You're right, most gatorades though have way too much unnecessary sugar, but there are some variations that are good, even like Prime or Gatorade Fit
Also lil bit carbs before match for energy(one slice of bread)

Playing pro means that you’re getting paid to play haha, it means that you’re good enough that companies and clubs want to invest into you as a player. So just doing tryouts might not consider you a pro, but if you make the team then absolutely!

It is! Just most people think it's for post and think a banana is all they need haha. Like even in some road races, all they provide you is a banana and water

Pretty good but you want alot of saturated fats as well.
Bananas is for pre work out, not recovery of course.
