Big fan from Ontario Canada. Hear you talk about your leg pain in this video. I'm a fellow jumper myself I do play volleyball but used to play high level basketball. I suggest you try and stretch out you IT bands judging by how you described you tightness I think that's the issue. Also you hip flexors give them a stretch and do some pressure point work with a foam roller or lacrosse ball

Friga that might be an IT band issue. It’s a muscle that basically runs from the top of your hip/thigh to just below your knee cap. For me, tightness of the muscle pulls my kneecap out of place, too loose the kneecap slips in and out of place. This is a decade long hooping injury, so just my experience. Part of which led me to want to pursue sports therapy and kinesiology inn school. Much love to you man
