JABRA 75T HISSING WITHE NOISE LEFT EARBUD - Official answer in Description

  • OFFICIAL JABRA REPLY BELOW:
When you play music (even at zero volume) the sound goes really crazy high on the left (and a just a little bit on the right too, not a problem while reproducing actual sound).
Thank you for contacting Jabra Support.
The wireless link between the right and left earbuds of the Jabra Elite 75t is optimized for superior sound quality and battery performance. Due to this specific design, the audio transmission between the earbuds may produce a very mild hissing noise or white noise which in some cases is audible to some users (depending on hearing capabilities). The amount of noise is not always identical between right and left earbuds and in most use cases it can hardly be noticed. The instances where this noise is most likely to be heard include silence, low energy music content (e.g. classical) and audio books or podcasts.
    Kind regards

Same thing, the hissing sound is still audible when music is playing. I hear it because there isnt any hissing in right earbud so i can easly compare it. I dont really know why there isnt any info about that on the internet, this is totally unacceptable and drives me crazy listening to anything. Maybe jabra is for partially deaf people. If not, what is the answer?

I got the Jabra elite 2 yesterday! I have a problem with the right earpiece! Someone should sue them, this is not acceptable on their part! The problem with static noise also occurs with newer models!

Thinking about returning them too, makes me angry all those pretentious tech reviewers with their "professional" video transitions and everything not a single review mentions this issue like you said...

never go to youtube for an honest review, at least if they look sponsored with the flashy thumbnails and professional lighting. These people are all wannabe influencers, and if they start shitting on products companies wont send them anything. Even if they claim they bought their own pair they are lying, they get reimbursed by the manufacturer. Go to reddit if you want honest reviews from real users, or if you find a private complaint like this guy who is obviously not paid.

@@raghavgodara3751 i know these comments are a bit old and Jabra 75t is discontinued. It’s a shame because they’re the best sounding earbuds I’ve tested so far. Anyway, another big issue with the 75t is that there’s a a crackling/static noise from the left earbud. My first pair had it and my 2nd pair has it only when you turn the volume up or down. I paid $200 brand new for these but not sure if I should take a chance the static noise doesn’t transfer over to audio.

After the Update last month my left earbud keeps shorting out and Jabra refuses to help because its past there return policy. They basically took my 168$ and gave me trash products. I'm hoping more people will start calling jabra to make thing's right. They constant Updates are a huge problem.

I bought jabra elite 3 few days ago and i experienced the same issue. Fortunately i bought it from a offline authorised seller and they had 30 says return period. So i returned them, but i really like the sound and fit of them. So, i asked them for a replacement. Then i tried the new pair inside the shop and damn this new pair has the same issue. After that i just got my money back.
I had other earbuds in the past and they also had some hissing sound but that was very less compared to what i felt in the jabra elite 3. The old earbuds were just half the price of jabra elite 3.
One more thing i bought them in copenhagen 😂. If i cant find a product here then, this is a real issue with almost every pair.

85H here, and things were great for the first 6 months, but now I get a really loud hissing noise from the left ear when noise canceling or pass through is on. Just cropped up suddenly, can't get it to stop if I use ANC.

Just saw this video, I have the same problem but with my 65t active that I bought like 2 years ago. The problem I encountered is really identical to yours and I don't think I can fix it manually (either do Jabra, they'll send you a new one if you are still covered by the guarantee). So yeah I think Jabra didn't take care of this problem even for the next-gen of these series. Now I just bought the elite 7 pros, hope this problem dissapear

  • @rafaelloucao3733

I came across this video because I also had problem with the hissing sound on the left bud. After reading a post on reddit I found that decreasing the sound of the earbuds themselves (by holding the button on the left earbud) it reduces the hissing noticeably to the point of inaudible hissing effect. I'm quite pleased with the outcome as I can still hear the music quite loud by simply turning up the volume of my phone (and not the earbuds). This solution of course trades range of volume for quality, but the max volume in both earbuds and phone is way too high (for me at least).

i had the same problem with elite 5 - left earbud. I could fix the problem by removing and reconnecting bluetooth connection on the smartphone. After this the speech assistant system (for example Google) from the app sound+ was deactivated and solved the annyoing hissing on the left earbud at anc and hear through. Hope i could help you...

    • @jrEarl
      @jrEarl 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

I have the same issue. However, it would go away once the earbud was in my ear. After some tinkering, I learned that it's the ANC feature that causes the sound so I turned it off since I don't really use the feature that much unless I'm on a flight or taking a nap at the in-laws (lol). I prefer to be aware of my surroundings whenever I'm wearing these especially during workouts.
