Brolylegs was being genuine when he offered to help him get better in Street Fighter. It's pretty pathetic of Dale and showed how fragile his ego is because he immediately assumed he was being insulted.
It's because Dale's entire worth per his perception rests on the fact of, "I'm good looking, I'm buff, I'm automatically better than most people" and couldn't mentally handle the fact that someone with a severe disability bodies him in fighting games while rightfully being proud of it. So Dale being Dale, instead of having an adult point of view about it, always and only resorts to insulting someone's looks, height, or in Broly's case, his disability since Dale is legitimately unintelligent and doesn't have the wit to stick to what's relevant. If you watch Dale enough, you clearly see he never engages with people when it comes to wits, conversation, or debate, he always goes to looks, race, and basic shit while rattling off tired stereotypes thinking that wins arguments. Meanwhile, Dale is wrinkled, turning 39 this year, and has to adjust his wig all the time while being friendless and single for literal years.

The idea of how much work went into this video is insane. If you don't know you don't know, but this guy has generated so much 'randomass' weird/bad content over the years to compile it all is impossible. Tracking down 'the worst' of LTG is like...there's like 20 hours of content from the past week that could count.
I remember being there when I saw LTG fight Maximillian Dood in SF6, and remembering just how many contrasts between them there were. Max is a family man cherished by the fighting game community, trying out a new character and whooping ass at it, while Dale was completely alone, surrounded by nothing but zealots and people who just want to see him fail and rage, using an old character because he can't leave his comfort zone, and convinces himself that it's objectively right.
