    these videos are awesome - with one exception - why do we always have to wait for you to spell everything out?

      James Dahmer You don’t have to wait. There’s lot of videos on these topics on TH-cam you can find if you want something more brief. These videos are intended for people of varying levels of training, so I take my time developing concepts.

      @@RespiratoryReview sorry sorry I was agro at the moment. what I mean is literally the act of spelling out terms on screen. thats a huge opportunity to reduce time and add condensed value to your videos. Just my opinion and yes I'm an asshole. My apologies.
