Hi Gareth, very good video. I don't have the Settings > 'User Groups & Permissions' setting in my SoftR. I only have USERS, on the left side menu. Also, seems like the UI has changed a bit. Im on the Business (trial), to make sure that it is not a plan setting, unless this is only Enterprise level. Did anything change from SoftR?

Sorry! Yes Softr made huge changes to their UI recently. We have updated videos coming out very soon!

Thanks, nice video. Is it also possible to add an extra record or delete a record?

Absolutely! Although that's a separate process.
To add a record you can use a form in your Softr app. You can limit visibility of that form to certain users or user groups, so that only certain people can see/use it.
To delete a record, you can use a button in your Softr app to trigger a Make/Integromat integration. This can delete a record as part of an attached automation.

Hi Gareth - great video. I'm newly evaluating Softr. For the example where a user in the Description permission group edits a field and the data is updated in Airtable, I'm assuming that the time-stamped audit trail of who edited the data exists in Softr and not in Airtable. Would the Airtable audit data just show that the change was made generically by Softr?

Yes and no. You can create an audit trail in Airtable that links to the user in your user table as they make edits. This will consume a lot of records in Airtable, so might not be worth it.
