Good book. There were times when I think there were audio glitches when lines repeated but not sure it that was related to my internet connection but was away from my device and didn’t rewind. Either way it was a good book. Will definitely listen again and recommend

The only community that you can live in in malibu is the cove. The rest of it is a strip of beach along the highway one. And between each building there is public access. Most people don't know that the public are allowed up to the high watermark. Leaving home built there has to be built on the original First floor deck. You can build up but not out. For privacy you Go North along US highway one from Santa Monica pier to the tapanga road. And you go into Japan gukenya. That's where the big properties are back in the woods.

Malibu is a beachfront it is a strip of land between Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean you cannot get a panoramic view from Malibu you can get a panoramic view from Malibu Hills which one the other side of the highway and high up in the air but it usually ends up in a landslide in the house being half on the hill and half on the road below and only way you can access those homes on the hill is to go down Highway 1 pass the cove and take Topanga Road which will take you from Highway 1 to Hollywood Boulevard in a zig-zagging two Lane Road and all Malibu properties have to use the same footprint they can never change the square footage of the base of the buildings they can make him three-story but they cannot make them with any larger footprint and by the way between each one of those homes is public access to the beach up to the high watermark none of it is private my mother in the 60s worked at the Pirate's Cove which was in Laguna Cove I actually talked to Charlie Bronson there one day so please if you're going to write these stories know the cities you're writing about because for some reason you seem to assume this is like West Hollywood or Westwood or Santa Monica where there's coves in communities Malibu Beach is not that is a 10 mile strip of Beats between the Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean do you want to talk about stories around this area you have to talk about Santa Monica beach Santa Monica Pier Pacific Ocean Park Venice Pier Venice Beach the trolleyway Muscle Beach Gold's original gym with the men's gay bar on one side and the women's gay bar on the other side located on Washington Street also you need to include Mar Vista Culver City if you're into the late sixties on you can include the Marina del Rey but you have to remove Pacific Ocean Park in burnt down with the cheetah Club

I enjoyed how the author used a lot of description to help you feel like you were a part of the story. Also that it was an actual story and not a scenario used to add sex scenes. The characters seemed more genuine with shaky hands and indecision and the heroine didn’t need to be perfect. I enjoyed the ‘male’ voice but often found the ‘female’ voice annoying. Just being real…sorry.
