@@CHUNGUI yes I’m from Malaysia achieved 1st dan black belt in 1995 wanting to try and improve myself but I stopped because sorry to say too much on sports competitions no traditional no real training for defence. Now I’m wanting to continue and currently looking for a training centre.

I wish I had trained at earlier age under a South Korean master. Also I much prefer the old style TaeKwonDo Doboks.

540도 감이랑 외발턴 감은 조금 다릅니다 . ^^ 질문에 맞는 답변은 턴후리기라고 표현한 부분이 맞는거 같습니다.
마지막 후리기할때 시선보는게어려운데 어떻게고쳐야할까요?
왼발로 타격하시는거죠 ?
시선보시는게 어려우시다면 회전에 가장 큰 부위인 몸통 그중에 왼쪽 어깨를 빠르게 돌린다고 생각하시면 회전이 훨씬 좋아지실것 같습니다! ^^
